RWF Carpentry (South East) Ltd has successfully delivered construction development projects for a wide range of commercial clients from small independent facilities to FTSE 100 companies over the last 35 years.
During this time we have worked on a variety of properties from shops to showrooms, delivering small changes and maintenance to complete re-styling. We pride ourselves on the ability to deliver what our customers want, on time, within budget and of the highest possible standard – both product and workmanship.

Our Team
Rick Fullman, Managing Director
After leaving school with the highest ever marks in carpentry at his school in the 70s, Rick struggled to find a joinery apprenticeship due to recession. This led him into the engineering field for a number of years where he obtained his HND. Joining a small building firm brought him experience and his City & Guilds carpentry qualification. Being a quick learner and a perfectionist soon brought Rick up to where he is today running his own carpentry/joinery firm with specialisation in washroom installation, cutting and pitching roofs, dealer refits etc.
Joanna Derrick, Company secretary and Accounts Director
Joanna has been with RWF for ten years and is responsible for the efficient administration of the company, particularly with regard to ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and for ensuring that decisions of the director are implemented.
Peter Begley
Peter is an exceptional carpenter with an extensive portfolio of successful projects that he's completed throughout his career. His vast experience in carpentry allows him to approach each project with a unique perspective and creative solutions to any potential obstacles that may arise. Peter's dedication to his craft is unparalleled, and his attention to detail is second to none.
Josh Shaw
Josh is our newest carpentry apprentice and we couldn't be more excited to have him on board! With his passion for woodworking and eagerness to learn, we have no doubt that he will thrive and contribute to our team in countless ways.
